This new study puts an end to the occasional suggestion that the EORTC tool lacked construct validity and some parts are not relevant to todays patients. The patients have given thumps up to the EORTC QLQ-30! Great work and congratulations to Dr. Kim Cocks and all investigators.

EUonQol! What is it? It’s a brand new project, costing 10 million euros and funded by the European commission. Today is the kick off meeting in Milan! This work aims to create a new QOL barometer to annually evaluate the QOL of European cancer patients.
