We have had an incredible day today at Heaton PS celebrating Education Week 2020. The children have participated in a huge range of academic and wellbeing activities. Our Student Parliament began across all classes today, with our student 👨‍🎓 parliamentarians leading sessions.

We believe in providing our students with a collective voice in order to empower their learning and to create a school wide sense of collaboration. Our elected student parliamentarians did an incredible job today at expressing the opinions of their classmates. Brilliant work.
