I recently joined midwives on the Maternal Mental Health Awareness Walk. Perinatal mental health is a huge issue and this walk was a great way to raise awareness. I'll keep working with groups like Maternal Mental Health Alliance & BirthTrauma to prioritise the health of mothers and children.
