Oh hey M&S. Just been to your store on Oxford St & was greeted by a lovely colleague standing by the back door, saying hi to every customer! (Even though most grumpy Londoners ignored him!) didn’t catch his name but he was wearing a green fleece. Made my day!

I have just bought a return ticket into Central London. A 45 min journey. A 40 mile journey by car. And it cost me £63. How can anyone justify that cost? Especially when the trains are often delayed with no seats. Heidi Alexander MP
