Yesterday, Netherlands Embassy in Kenya NL Ambassador Kenya joined other donor partners European Union In Kenya Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, Embassy of Switzerland in Nairobi, KfW and H.E Governor, Turkana County of County Government of Turkana in launching a new Biashara Center in Kakuma.

The new facility is a joint initiative between the County Government of Turkana, KKCF - Kakuma Kalobeyei Challenge Fund and UNHCR KENYA. It will further the ambition of the county to attract more private sector investment and support business entrepreneurship by host communities and refugees.

Yesterday me and my team got to visit a Youth Empowerment Center in Eastleigh, part of the #PROSPECTS programme of which 🇳🇱 is a proud partner. 💻This center serves as a digital community center for refugee and host community youths, building bridges between them.
