A3: Yes, in their place. As a good summary of key facts, approved quotes, context etc to assist with a story written quickly, absolutely. But be prepared to go beyond this and offer different formats or further value for those that want or need it. #RaganChat

A4: Same principles apply. Consider audience, use language effectively, edit etc. When the method of delivery changes, you simply add an additional layer of top of this to consider to the particulars of the medium. See it as an opportunity, not a threat. #RaganChat
