Great to be in DCU today for the NCCA session with higher education institutions on the updated Aistear: The Early Childhood Curriculum Framework. A valuable opportunity to discuss what the update means for our pre-service educator programmes Dr Sharon Skehill Donna Carolan

Great to present on my ongoing PhD research at the ESAI ECR strand this afternoon. Thank you to Céline Healy for chairing, and to my fellow presenters Siobhán Weekes Kathleen Foley. A great chance to engage in dialogue about our studies and share ideas and insights.

An exciting delivery this morning 🥳 Congratulations to Mary Moloney, Dr Sharon Skehill and Dr Jennifer Pope! I look forward to reading this timely and important contribution to early childhood education.

A great evening chairing the Poster Session at the DCU Institute of Education Unconference 2025. Well done to all five presenters: Olivia Susie Barnes, Tara Niland, Clement Byrnes, Elaine Cresham and Mary Jane Webberly, who shared their research. #DCUUnconfPGR2025 DCU Institute of Education

Happy International Day of Play ⭐🧸 We had a fantastic day at the DCU Institute of Education, where we welcomed senior infant and second-class pupils from Paradise Place ETNS. I had the pleasure of co-facilitating playful literacy sessions with Emma Farragher 🤩

Already looking forward to the 2025 Literacy Association of Ireland Conference, which will be held at DCU Institute of Education. I'm excited to present my first paper based on my ongoing PhD research, titled "Conceptualising a Vocabulary Learning Continuum for Children Aged 3-6: A Thematic Literature Review” 🥳

Looking forward to co-facilitating with Alison Nulty on this series for NQTs!#edchatie
