Its half term so Mum’s lined up loads of appointments for me 🤦🏻‍♂️😂 Today was my 1st visit to The Walton Centre as they take over care for my Baclofen pump from 🏥 Alder Hey 💙 …& thats me now fully at adult hospitals Sad to leave 🏥 Alder Hey 💙 who’ve looked after me since I was 6mths old😢

I’M HOME!!!! Drs were happy with me overnight so let me come home 👏👏🙌🙌 Now we have to work out how to stop things going wrong again 🤔 #BeMoreAlex
