Please remember that tomorrow's training session is a single session with both groups training from 08:00 until 10:00. Weather permitting we may split the session into on slope training and fitness training so please ensure appropriate footwear is worn.

Training resumes on Wednesday 2nd January with group 2 training at 17:00 and Group 1 at 20:00.

Change of plans for training this Sunday. We will now be running a single session with both groups training from 07 45 to 10:00. All athletes will need to have training shoes with them please.

Please note that training tomorrow (the 20th February) will be a single session with both groups training from 18:30 to 20:00. Sunday the 24th will also be a single session with both groups training from 08:00 until 10:00.

This Wednesday we do not have any coaches available to cover the first training session so we have had to cancel it. We will only have group 1 training so unfortunately group 2 (those who would usually train from 17:00 until 18:30) will not be able to train this week.
