Sharing your design work online is great, but just remember that people like Justyn The AI Guy is teaching people how to steal and use your hard earned work, for free, while making money off of it.

This is where we are moving to folks, and it’s going to be great. You promote your screens, consuming your design system, then once you are happy, you get the final output in code, to test with users. Testing and iterating can be done so quickly now.

I miss the days when we as designers got to work on and sweat these finer details. The reality is, we work in areas that don’t really value it, or we don’t have developers capable of doing it. AI will bridge this gap, somewhat, but it’s still a gap I miss.

A tip for those starting out with vibe coding. When you are tweaking the visual aspect of your projects, don’t to a prompt per change, make a list and prompt all the changes. Think like a design system change. Changes are slow, and this helps move quicker.

This brings back some good and some bad memories. This was the last thing I watched with my wife before she passed, it was the last time I seen her smile and heart her laugh ❤️

Really interested in how people are prompting Gemini to do animation in their apps. I’m doing some basic things but no idea how folk like Meng To are doing the cool stuff. Guess I just need to get better at describing the idea and concept.

It's been so long since I used my hosting and domain name managing company, that they are still in the 1990's 😂. Can't publish my new portfolio v1 tonight, as I need to transfer my domain name over to a service that supports today's technology.
