Old Handle Had a Lovely Day at the Club Yesterday. First time for watching Cricket, having Played in Sports Quizzes in the Pav in the 90's. Commiserations to the Lads and Congratulations to Ormskirk CC. Looking forward to next Sunday's Final there at another Great Club.

This Sunday will see our senior side host Champions Acregate Lane to Old Handle 11am KO in Lancashire Sunday League Premier Div. Should be a good game.

We have a brilliant news to announce. We have been awarded a grant of £29,816 over 6 years from the Football Foundation with Lancashire FA for pitch renovations at the Old Handle The Ainsdale Club

Statement | Club grounds on the evening of the 26th of May were entered; Caravans and cars are now situated on the grassed areas of the grounds. We advice all nearby sport and recreational areas to secure their land. (1/2)

Until a court order is passed or the group decide to move on, we advice all members to stay away or vigilant when attending the grounds for recreational use as per government Covid-19 guidelines.

Ainsdale Cricket Club Lots of work gone on ready for reopening, very frustrating. From experience of this before there will be a big tidy up job and happy to get involved. Lancashire Cricket Foundation please make clubs aware to secure grounds etc.

Having had our ground invaded by Travellers overnight, we are currently in the process of evicting them. To help avoid this arising again we are raising money to install a security gate at our clubs entrance. Please help us continue to provide sport for the children of Ainsdale.
