Shaunah @PAallergy Allergy & Immunology Journal Club If you can make the eos go down some with skin care...then more likely AD associated eosinophilia. If no matter what you do to the skin eos remain elevated and refractory skin dz then probably other way around. No easy answer but clinical judgement #AIMedEdJC
