The Special Envoy of Somaliland, Abdikarim Hussein Guled spoke with U.S. Embassy Mogadishu, Somalia, Amb.Larry Andre over the phone. They discussed importance of strengthening Somaliland talks, the envoy shared his upcoming activities and strategies, ambassador highlighted the US' intention to support the talks.
