Nice day in #Sligo, visiting the grave of WB Yeats, discussing active travel at the Benbulben forest walk and with Sligo Cycling, and finishing with a good discussion with Sligo County Council & business reps on 🇮🇪🇳🇱 cooperation in sustainability, smart living and digitalisation.

Spoke with my valued Indonesian colleague Menteri Luar Negeri Republik Indonesia. We discussed our joint efforts to support women in #Afghanistan, who continue to face oppression and severe restrictions. Indonesia and the Netherlands are important partners in promoting education for women and girls.

Ten years ago, Russia illegally annexed Crimea. No matter what they said then or say now: #CrimeaIsUkraine, period. The Netherlands firmly supports Ukraine’s independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity.
