جانب من كلمة دولة الكويت ألقاها المندوب الدائم السفير آدم الملا خلال الدورة ٢١٦ للمجلس التنفيذي في اليونسكو. كما دعت دولة الكويت الى تطوير آلية عرض النتائج المحرزة في تنفيذ البرنامج الذي اعتمده المؤتمر العام وذلك بوضع مؤشرات واضحة لرصدالنتائج التي تم الحصول عليها وقياس التقدم

ترحب المجموعة العربية لدى اليونسكو باعتماد المنظمة مشروع القرار الذي تقدمت به المجموعة تحت عنوان: "تأثير وعواقب الوضع الراهن في فلسطين، فيما يخص جميع جوانب عمل منظمة اليونسكو"، بتصويت أغلبية الدول الأعضاء.

الجمعية العامة لـ #اليونسكو بمصادقة أغلبية الدول الأعضاء تتبني قرار المجموعة العربية بشأن عواقب الوضع الراهن في #غزة ورفع المعاناة عن المتضررين. وستقوم دولة #الكويت والدول الأعضاء بمتابعة تنفيذ هذا القرار بشكل فاعل وعاجل.
