It's just incredible to see the complete lack of security hygiene in our industry. At the root, I do believe this is an education issue. We need to do better.

One of the hardest parts of tech communication is explaining your product to someone who has little context about it. The tweet below is a perfect example of what happens when that fails. People who don’t understand what’s happening had a visceral reaction to the announcement.
