Gene expression peeps - we need your collective hive mind - just had a manuscript rejected for low sequencing coverage - but our study is Tag-based RNA-Seq with 5-6 million raw reads per sample which I've always assumed is fine. I want to submit a rebuttal - thoughts?

Jessica Schleider, PhD Spelled my own name wrong in the website link on my CV and applied to a bunch of jobs with it. Had to buy the incorrect domain name and redirect it to the correct website. Thankfully no one already owned the typo version.

Jessica Schleider, PhD I recently discovered that in my fully signed and submitted dissertation proposal paper, there’s a rather misfortunate typo... Instead of “participant pool,” it reads, “participant poo.” Neither I nor any of of my committee members caught it. Whoops! #AcademicTwitter
