Year 3 had a very special visitor today! They were kind and respectful while asking interesting questions (Santa was very impressed!). The children were even given an early Christmas 🎁. Nadolig Llawen all!

Year 3 have been getting the party started with classic party games and delicious party treats! What a fun, festive day! 🎅🏽🎄

As part of our bid for sustainability, year 3 made their Christmas cards from scraps and materials generously donated by parents, recycled card, biodegradable glitter and natural materials. They used skills such as bubble painting and ombre for our snowy backgrounds ❄️☃️

Class 8 have had a blast this week in the run up to Christmas which is of course the most wonderful time of the year. Yesterdays class party did not disappoint with lots of fun and games, it was difficult to contain the excitement. Thank you Class 8 for a fantastic first term. 😀

Y 3 began their Spring concept today: What Makes us Human. Pupils drew around their friends and wrote as many body parts as they could to showcase their prior knowledge. They then voiced their interest in learning about the human skeleton and completed a simple labeling activity.

We were so excited to see our Busy Bees this morning, it was wonderful to see such happy, smiling faces. 😀Today we worked on our fine motor skills by picking up pom poms using our grip with a tweezer and then using these pom poms to create our name on a template! ⭐️🐝

Busy Bees enjoyed making and manipulating salt dough this morning to create heart ornaments to celebrate St Dwynwen’s day tomorrow. They also loved the grapes, bananas and apples along with some milk. Come and join our free playgroup, wednesdays 9am-10:30am,we have so much fun!🐝

Dosbarth 6 had the best day celebrating World Book Day 📚 We started the day by visiting the school library. We decorated bookmarks, as well as joining the Giglets Storytelling Event which was funny. We ended the day by reading our books with our friends 😊 World Book Day UK 📚
