Wood mosaic is among the traditional artisan industries in Syria. It's made by ornamenting large pieces of wood with smaller colored pieces. The small pieces are cut to a fine thinness, colored and then glued to the large piece. Artisans consider the techniques as trade secrets.

Syria has a vibrant traditional music scene. Such as Religious music and Ethnic music which reflects the rich cultural diversity of the Syrian society. There will be two episodes about Syrian traditional music in collaboration with Ornina Syrian Orchestra. #StayTuned

Syrian cuisine is categorised as a hybrid cuisine that uses animal and vegetarian components. The most used vegetable in Syrian cuisine is the Aubergine (eggplant). Syrians consume it in large quantities and use it for a large variety of dishes. #StayTuned
