The SAVE Act isn't about saving anything — it's about silencing voters. It would create barriers that block millions from registering to vote, especially impacting women, communities of color, and working families. Tell the Senate to vote NO on SAVE Act.

Our freedom to vote ensures we have a voice on healthcare, education, jobs, and economic security. The SAVE Act threatens that freedom by creating unnecessary barriers to registration. The Senate must vote NO on SAVE Act.

More than 9 percent of citizens of voting age — or 21.3 million people – do not have documents readily available that prove their citizenship. Why would the Senate require these documents if so many Americans don’t have them? Vote NO on SAVE Act.

Today, May 6th, marks the anniversary of the Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882. This discriminatory law banned Chinese laborers from immigrating to the U.S. & denied them a path to citizenship. It was the first law of its kind to ban a specific ethnic group. #AANHPIHeritageMonth

Today, Marjorie Taylor Greene’s DOGE subcommittee is wasting time and resources to hold an illegitimate and hate-filled hearing targeting trans athletes. It’s nothing more than a political stunt meant to reinforce harmful stereotypes.

At the core of this hearing is a young woman who just wants to fence with her peers. She is now being dragged into a political debate over her very existence.

Proposed visa bans targeting Chinese students aren’t about security—they’re about scapegoating. Policies like the “Stop CCP VISAs Act” fan the flames of anti-Asian hate & jeopardize civil rights. Read more here: joysauce.com/chinese-intern…

Today, the Supreme Court will hear CASA v. Trump. The outcome will determine whether this country continues to honor its constitutional promise. This is about equality, identity, and the Constitution itself. #OurKidsBelong #WeBelong #BirthrightCitizenship

The budget reconciliation bill is currently moving through House committees and will receive a final vote soon. Make noise and urge your representatives to resist all measures that would feed the detention and deportation system. Take action here: shorturl.at/oleyr

As the first Chinese American woman elected to Congress and Chair Emerita of CAPAC, I am disgusted by Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s statement that the U.S. will 'aggressively' revoke visas for Chinese students. nytimes.com/2025/05/28/us/…
