@XFINITY Im not trying to make yall look bad but this internet service is shit. It goes out every night...The download speed is fucking 0 half the time. Its slow when Im sitting by the router..I dont think its worth payin for this shitty service to be honest cant even use it...

Grrr Damn Xfinity got screwed out of my 200.00 gift card for signing up w/ their cell phone service and now I'm pissed. Was counting on that to pay some bills. Bad enough their TV/Net goes down every other night

Your technician @XFINITY neglected to do his job correctly and when I spoke to your “customer service” agent she basically says I needed to stay with him at all times to watch him do his job and he shouldn’t be held accountable. Bad service!
