Protein sequencing using ONT nanopore flowcells. Experiments were done on the MinION platform using R9.4.1 flow cells. Run conditions were set with a custom MinKNOW script from Oxford Oxford Nanopore at a temperature of 30 °C, voltage of −140 mV / 3 kHz. nature.com/articles/s4158…
