Texas is 11-1 with ZERO wins over current top 25 teams in the CFP. That was a deal breaker for Miami. It’s a narrative for SMU as to how they could get left out if they lose on Saturday. Haven’t heard this narrative about Texas Greg McElroy I can think of three letters as to why.

"Looking the part" is NOT a metric. It introduces bias into a system that should have none. This is the fucking guy we have asking the College Football Playoff questions about their decisions. The guy who believes in looks over merits. A clown show, but that has been the only consistent thing

Wasn’t an issue for Louisville to go into Kentucky and whip that ass 41-14. Wasn’t a problem for Miami to go into the swamp and whip that ass 41-17. Cry baby program clutching pearls your program didn’t even earn.

Can anybody explain how SOS is calculated? When one league has 14 teams in the top 25 of SOS like the SEC loves to tout… something is way off. When the committee uses SOS as a data point something is way, way off. Roman #OBB a rigged system.

An Alabama graduate, an Alabama QB, and an Alabama coach on this round table crying about strength of schedule, an ESPN metric that nobody explains how it is calculated, because it is the only card they have to play when they don't win the games on their schedule.

Despite the lack of returning production, this year’s receiving group will be more talented and elevate a more balanced offense.
