Fly-tipping on an industrial scale happens far too often around the Gwent Levels.
It is a selfish and criminal activity. I believe stronger and swifter powers are needed by public bodies to protect our local environment and to tackle and deter the worst offenders.

They are needed where people are most densely populated, however this where land is at a premium.
