Lack of ENERGY on a daily basis could be a number of things, But always look at hydration, sleep and stress first, AND THEN food & activity (quality/quantity)

Having an hour to yourself to train is a LUXURY 🏋🏼‍♂️ (I’m sure you guys with kids will agree). When you see it this way, training will automatically be prioritised, Resulting in more consistency & actually enjoying your sessions 🕺🏼

When we focus on the things we need to do to get stronger & fitter I.e. lift heavy, train hard, eat well We end up achieving our aesthetic goals anyway So why not focus on those things instead of trying to constantly look better.
