1/2 Today, the #RCVD Chairperson, Dr. Kayumba Charles, and the Chief Veterinary Officer & World Organisation for Animal Health Delegate to 🇷🇼Fabrice Ndayisenga joined Rwanda National Police for the certification ceremony marking the completion of a one-year veterinary training program for the Canine Brigade Department.
