Advice wanted. I want to flip my Intermittent fasting from eating the two meals in the early afternoon and evening to eating them in the morning and early afternoon. But it’s so hard to skip supper, I’m so bored and tired and weak by then.

How do you know when to break a fast and take in nutrients (to heal). I’ve fasted since my shoulder dislocation to mitigate Inflammation and to promote healing. It’ll be 48 hours at lunch today. I was thinking 72 hours but I am getting hungry (and irritable.

Thanks everyone. I broke fast after 48 hours. I believe it helped to go that far, but I’m in a very active time on the farm (and can’t rest) so I opted to eat. Plus we were gonna have a workshop and I didn’t need to show up irritable Justin.

Haven’t taken any of the pain meds since the procedure. Why? It’s not just cuz drugs are bad, it’s because pain is my friend. It tells me to slow down, don’t hold that, stop moving that way etc. Pain is simply looking out for us, and it pays to pay close attention.
