DoctorTro Ted ⚡️ Naiman I'll reiterate, you are stunningly wrong. We told them to eat more, and they ate significantly more. Also, the fasting group had LESS energy, MORE trouble following the nutrition plan, and reported it was harder. If anything, it indicates TRE is less sustainable. You have

It's amusing when obese "health coaches", who obviously don't exercise themselves, argue against exercise for weight loss. I have no idea how they are taken seriously or why they are invited to speak on podcasts.

Dr Shawn Baker 🥩 What I see in the T1D Carnivore community, overall, is a vast improvement, but a near total inability and very common - reticence - to really understand and use insulin properly. The goal is to wave and wonder rather than proper understanding of how to treat the condition which

No, spiking insulin in the absence of calories will not make you gain weight or hinder weight loss. This narrative is pushed by people in the LC and carnivore community who still cling to the Carbohydrate-Insulin Model of obesity which has been proven wrong countless times. By
