Pho bo Ha Noi style~! I was told they use flat wide noodles for their Pho, but I read the broth is more meaty. Now I want to really travel and eat the real deal.

Bo Kho~! Vietnamese beef stew! I added the flat rice noodles and got the baguette too (not included with coaster 🤣), the thick stew soaks up the baguette and it tastes sooo gooood!!
