The 134th session of the #ProgrammeCommittee of Food and Agriculture Organization was launched this morning. Ambassador Rubinstein serves as the committee's chairwomen. She welcomed the members and also the silent observers that returned to take part for the first time since the outbreak of the #Pandemic.
