When too busy making chocolates to make traditional Xmas cake. I used my Christmas cake bar fruit mix and inspiration from Sue Lawrence whisky cake - soaked fruit mix in half a bottle of whisky overnight. Baked in bottom oven of everhot for 4 hours! Will need another!
