A great trip with ASAireland in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 A busy 3 days, visiting the Ministry of Agriculture, Floating Farm, Marjoland, Heemsherk and finished off with a trip to Rabobank F&A. A great opportunity to hear the challenges faced by the Agricultural sector here🐄

We are proud to announce that for 2022/23 Ag Soc raised a total of €62,000! This means Tiggy’s trust and MS Ireland were presented with cheques for €31,000 each. Huge thanks to all our sponsors throughout the year, committee members for their time and everyone else who donated.

Our ASA International Tour 2024 visiting a beef finishing unit on day 1 in France🐂🐂

Our group had a fantastic week on the ASA International tour in Nantes 🇫🇷 We experienced superb beef and dairy farms, interesting industry tours of Techna and Cornille, a local vineyard and farm and some sightseeing #ASA2024 We are looking forward to 2025

Industry Visit: We visited Cornillé, a branch of the Agro Mousquetaire group. This plant processes by products from Beef slaughterhouses in the West of France. Did you know only 42% of the animal is used for meat?! The other 58% is processed here. ASAireland
