As a psychologist, I am surrounded by some of the kindest, least judgmental, most practical & rationale, genuine individuals. I am so thankful that my circle is made up of so many of these incredible individuals who work tirelessly to improve the lives of others daily.

During #PsychologyWeek I’m reflecting on one of the best pieces of advice I’ve received from a mentor: Write first, edit later. Solid advice that applies to both academic & personal writing. You can’t edit something if there’s nothing to edit.

1. Out of curiosity regarding why we do what we do and to help kids/families in times of need. 2. Forming connections w/ kids/families & seeing their progress. Plus - I love working on multidisciplinary teams! + mentoring future psychologists! #PsychologyWeek
