First Baptist Church of Guthrie donates $1,200 on behalf of Mr. Hugh Allen celebrating his 90th birthday and in honor of his daughter, the late Joyce Allen, a longtime teacher at Guthrie High School. Two $600 scholarships will be awarded in memory of Ms. Allen to LU students.
