Yesterday, I shaved 8 seconds off my PR and ran a 5:23.27 in the 1500m at the Junior Olympics in Eugene, OR. FastFast530

Just ran an 11:37 in the 3000m at the JO’s. I shaved 22 seconds off my last PR!! Thank you to all the FastFast530 coaches for supporting me this summer.

3rd place finish at Nevada Union xc invitational last weekend. Very hilly but pushed through.

I placed 4th at the West Valley Coed Invite. The Northern section finals course preview.

I was on track to PR in the 5k with half mile left I took a wrong turn. Ended up running a half mile more than needed and fell from 6th place.💔devastated

Back to back league champ! Next up, sections. Let’s gooo I also want to congratulate the varsity boys team for winning league championship as well! The future is bright for Williams XC
