So on this International Women's Day, I am honoring the women who have paved the way for us, and reminding myself of my commitment to making the world a better place for future generations of women.

I like to ask folks I work with who struggle with achievement behavior these questions: -Why do you want this? -Who are you really doing this for? -If no one can know you achieve this, will you still enjoy it? -How does taking this step help you achieve a bigger goal of your own?
