We're entirely framed in terms of what we make abled people feel, or what our disabled-ness can 'teach' abled people. We very rarely get to exist outside the inspiration/pity dichotomy. A happy ending for us is 'overcoming' our disability, or dying and being 'freed' from it.

Well, I finally did it. Beat Alduin on Legendary difficulty and on Survival Mode. You didn't see it, so I can't prove it, but I did. It's weird how I feel like I can move on with my life now. I can, you know, play Skyrim for FUN again. (It was also fun.)
