Just reserved 'Empire of the Damned' by J Kristoff at my local library - currently loving 'Empire of the Vampire'.

Just started 'Empire of the Vampire' - seems to be identical to Anne Rice's 'Interview with a Vampire'.

Talking about books, the adaptation of the Dr Who story 'Full Circle' has a great typo - 'there was no doubting that the shop would never fly again.' ( pg8) 😂

Book post today was a copy of 'Empire of the Vampire' - delighted to see it's illustrated too. 😃

I've only seen the start of the interview with Maureen O'Brien on the s2 Collection bluray set, but good to see her books mentioned. ( I really must actually read them at some point).

Just ordered a copy of 'Empire of the Vampire' - I've heard good things about this, and looks perfect to accompany the snooker in a few weeks. 😃

The new info notes for 'Dalek Invasion' on the s2 Collection bluray are as bad as the others. Ep 6 has ' pre-shot on fim' and 'in future Doctor Who would in future be censored'. All the expense they go to , and they can't edit the info notes? ☹️

Hmm.... on pg 86 of the book of 'Nightmare of Eden' we suddenly get a new character with Fitch. ( He goes back to being Fisk at the bottom of the page. 😂)

Back to Dr Who novels with Dick's 'Nightmare of Eden'. Pg 21 has ' He could only be some kind or archaeologist...' 😂

I guess Jeffery Deaver is a Dr who fan - his latest one has a 10th doc quote and a character called Levine. 😂

Reading the Target novel of 'Creature From the Pit' and I've just found 'it was all greatefully received.' 😂

My c.r is 'An Isolated Incident' by JD Kirk , and one character looks like she's 'stepped out of a Hammer House of Horror film' - call me picky, but that was the t.v series, the films are just Hammer Horror films. 😂

Well, that's a bit of a disappointment with the S2 complete collection bluray immediately - there's no 'Behind the Sofa' for 'Planet of Giants'. ☹️ And hardly any extra features on that disc too.

My copy of the US release of the s2 bluray set has just arrived. The box promises a booklet ( not included, but never mind) and updated effects but doesn't say for what - anyone know?

Just been for a really pointless interview - they only asked 3 questions, and one of those was about holidays booked. Just not interested. ☹️

Hmm.. BBC The One Show looks interesting next Thursday as the write-up on Sky says it's a 'special show in which Her Majesty the Queen invites Romesh Ranganathan🧢 and others....' Or mabe not. 😂😂
