Today the IRG-Rail Chair & Vice-Chair met with representatives from @ALLRAIL to present and discuss the 9th Market Monitoring Report. Other topics of the fruitful meeting included TTR.

IRG-Rail Chair & Vice-Chair met with representatives from CER🚆 #OnTrackForEurope. Topics addressed incl. 9th MM-report, COVID-19’s impact on rail transport, track access charges for intl. passenger services incl. night trains, TTR & a call for a level playing field among transport modes.

IRG-Rail invited the #railway market to participate in the IRG-Rail Forum 2021. With this years’ topic, the planned Timetabling Redesign, TTR, IRG-Rail took a broader view at the future of access to rail. irg-rail.eu/irg/news/press…

The #European #Rail Regulating Bodies met on 14 Oct to prepare the next IRG-Rail Plenary Assembly. They discussed IRG-Rail reform, the work programme 2022, and other challenges ahead.

With the beginning of the new year, Dr. Annegret Groebel and Prof. Dr. Karsten Otte from Bundesnetzagentur (Germany) will be the IRG-Rail chairpersons. The WP (is.gd/8rL4d2) provides many exciting topics and ideas how to cope with the challenges of rail regulation.

Thanks to CER🚆 #OnTrackForEurope for the opportunity to discuss the future of European railway capacity management. Very interesting exchange about the challenges and opportunities of European harmonization.
