On May Day, my thoughts are with front line workers, particularly health care workers battling the COVID-19 pandemic. After COVID-19, things cannot just go back to the way they were. We need to think about how to create a better, more equal and more inclusive society.

A great result for local residents and a defeat for bad planning and irresponsible development.

Co-living never offered decent accommodation or developed sustainable communities: it was always about maximising profit by packing in the maximum number of units. But co-living during a pandemic is not only inappropriate but dangerous - withdraw the guidelines now.
