Nobody at Airtel Cares airtel India Bharti Airtel really cares. My dad's number stopped working around 10 days back and since then we have spoken to unlimited customer care executives, written 9 mails, tweeted everyday and yet no action is being taken. This is shameful

Airtel is the most horrible service provider. My dad's mobile sim is deactivated for 15 days. We hv written more than 20 emails & tweeted multiple times. Only 1 call and some automated mail reply till now. I request Consumer Court to take action Airtel Cares airtel India

1. I'm a wheelchair user. The centre allotted to me (Indraprastha Public School, Sector 22, Rohini) was not accessible. The road outside was innavigable. Inside, there were ramps so steep, which were certainly not for wheelchairs manoeuvred by humans.

The washrooms had a couple of stairs to get in. Why did the NTA ask for disability details when they could make no arrangements to ensure that the centre was accessible? We don't mention our disability details only to 'enjoy' the perk of extra time.

2/n) I have learnt through experience that to get assistance from drop off point, one has to follow one of the three methods 1) Call the airline on the number listed for wheelchair assistance at the drop off point (I dialled but no one answered) IndiGo BLR Airport

3/n) 2) Take a paid porter service (I do not believe a wheelchair user should be paying for luggage assistance so I don't use this service) 3) Go to the ticket counter and ask the airline to assign a person who can help you (I went for this option)

I went ahead with 3) & approached the tkt counter. A gentleman named Akhilesh was on duty there. I requested him that I need assistance from wc drop off point, he vehemently denied providing the service saying I am responsible for my own luggage and that I should get it myself.

When I told him how will I as a wheelchair user push the luggage trolley, he pointed to the paid porter service and asked me pay for it. I further told him helpline numbers are provided for luggage assistance to which he refuted that he is not aware of any such service

and infact gave me a warning to not take his picture or else he will report me to control room. He was absolutely not in a mood to listen. Disappointed and shocked, I went back to the wheelchair drop off point where my luggage was lying and took help from some kind passenger

Here are my questions to Indigo and Airport Authorities 1. How can a wheelchair user carry his own luggage from the wheelchair drop off point? 2. How can your staff be so rude and inconsiderate towards our needs?

3. What about the speaking mannerisms and threating the customer that he will be reported to control room? 4. Why isn't there any direct assistance available from the drop off point?

Whether it be T1 or T2, it is the same experience at Bengaluru International Airport. Infact the airport which claims to be highly helpful to Persons with Reduced Mobility has a lot of gaps in their service which should be addressed asap else there's no end to such bad experience
