Happy New month of December to everyone. As the year is coming to an end, we Gulu Water Supply and Sanitation project (IPILC). want to say thank you to our donors KfW Entwicklungsbank, clients Gulu City Council and NWSC 🇺🇬 for the co-operation. Thank you.

Ulala.. it may seem too early for this but the earlier, the better. As we are slowly coming towards the end of this year, we want to say thank you to our donors KfW Entwicklungsbank, clients NWSC 🇺🇬 & Gulu City Uganda and to all our wonderful followers on this platform. Asante Sana.




To help the girl child stay in school even during menstruation periods, @ipilcgulu thru' its sanitation component, has embarked on the distribution of re-usable sanitary pads to primary school girls from P.4-P.7 in govt schools within Gulu City Uganda


The construction of our batch six of projects is also underway with progress being registered. This includes both sanitation facilities and fencing in schools, public places etc. Its the last batch of projects for Gulu City Council from Gulu Water Supply and Sanitation project (IPILC).. Ground breaking for the construction of a Water Treatment Plant in Norah village, Oyam District under the Gulu Water Supply and Sanitation project (IPILC). projects to draw water from the Nile in Karuma, supply it to Gulu and the en-route towns along Karuma-Gulu highway. Thanks to KfW Entwicklungsbank for funding this mega project


This is a sanitation facility under construction at St. Joseph Cathedral, Gulu under Gulu Water Supply and Sanitation project (IPILC). batch 6 of projects. This facility possesses a public design to cater for both males and females with purpose of improving public sanitation of the church.



These are some of the toilets and fences constructed in schools & public places under batch 6 of projects. This for now, is the last batch of Gulu Water Supply and Sanitation project (IPILC). projects for Gulu City Council. Thanks to the project donors and the client for the maximum co-operation.


The contract for the construction of a 71km water pipeline from the Nile at Karuma to custom corner reserviors in Gulu under Gulu Water Supply and Sanitation project (IPILC). was signed on the 2nd August 2022. The contractor is awaiting for the designation of the commencement date for works to start.


Some of the on-going works at the Kamdini Water Treatment Plant site in Norah village, Oyam district with funding from KfW Entwicklungsbank under the Gulu Water Supply and Sanitation project (IPILC).
