All ISC outdoor practices for tonight have been moved from Coralville to the Hawkeye Recreation Fields at the same scheduled times.

All ISC practices for Tuesday, April 22 will be outdoors at the Hawkeye Recreation Fields.

The lights are out at the Hawkeye recreation fields. We have moved the last practice indoors to the HTRC on the Iowa Turf.

So…. This is an update. The HTRC Iowa turf is not available . The kids don’t have cleats , so please come get them when you can. Bella is putting the kids through a core workout until you get here.

Congratulations to Timmy Hosier. On Saturday morning Timmy committed to play college soccer at Simpson! Many young players could learn about putting the team first if they watched you play! ISC is proud of you.

This bag is in the ISC trailer. This was left out on Wednesday night. I’m sure someone needs this before the tournament this weekend.

All ISC practices will be held as scheduled tonight at the Hawkeye Recreation fields for Friday, May 2.

As of 6:25 pm we have cancelled the Friday night Lighting program due to the extreme winds and unpredictable weather. We apologize for the late notice and we will make up this practice at a later date .

We are currently on a lightning delay for the practices in Coralville. The kids are in the shelter. The 5 pm practice will finish before the end of the delay, so please come get your kids at the shelter. I will update about the 6:30 practice soon.

We have also canceled the 6:30 pm practices at Coralville. I will update asap about the 8 pm practices.

The 8 pm practices for Knights and Rage will be held INDOORS at the HTRC on the Hawkeye turf- no cleats allowed.

The fields at both training locations are open tonight. If bad weather develops we will update as needed . The plan as of 2:45 pm is to hold all ISC practices as scheduled for Tuesday, May 20.

Please check ISC website for practice changes for tonight.

Both of the outdoor locations for ISC clinics and tryouts are closed today due to weather. An updated schedule will be sent out soon.

It was a great weekend at the Cedar Valley Moonlight Classic. ISC is always willing to support principled and player centered soccer organizations like CVSC. We are grateful to participate with clubs that approach the game with respect and dignity. Thanks for a great event!

We will update at 8 pm about the status of the 8:15 pm tryouts . We had to cancel the 6:45 pm tryout due to lightning and we are waiting to see if the Lightning clears up.

Due to the continued Lightning, we have cancelled all 4 of the 8:15 pm tryouts scheduled for tonight. I know this is the last tryout for these four age groups , but it is not safe or responsible to run tryouts with Lightning risks.
