A mature female customer called us yesterday in the late afternoon, to a pair of handles that had failed. It was not a set that I carry on the van, so I did a temporary repair to keep her safe last night and then returned today with a new set of handles that I overnighted for her

A old Yale alarm panel and sensors removed this morning. A replacement Orisec WP 40 K 40 zone wireless panel and sensors reinstalled. The customer now has the added option via a Wi-Fi module to receive alarm notifications and set / unset their alarm panel via their mobile device
