For the longest time, I believed painful periods are normal. But it’s NOT. Slight discomfort is okay. Extreme pain is not. Mostly it’s due to nutritional deficiency. • Vitamin D (sunlight) • Iron (pomegranate) • Magnesium (pumkin seeds) Fulfill it and heal from within.

5 months ago I was taking pills, felt terrible, my health wasn’t pink. I made sure of : • More fiber, protein, iron. • More sunlight & meditation. • Healthy gut and clean scalp. • More walks in the nature. • Nutrient dense clean food. Prioritize health before it too late.

Over the past 6 years, I’ve built ton of good habits (healthy eating, yoga, meditation, journaling etc). One thing has helped me the most. Any sorta distraction, cut it right away. Remove friction.

For the last 5 years I struggled with dandruff : But today I do not have this itchy scalp anymore. Here’s what helped me : • Rosemary water rinse • Drinking more water. • Removing any buildup. Dandruff weakens your hair follicles leads to hairs shedding. Don’t allow that.
