They keep hiring temporary faculty and exploit them. The sad part is this very govt will come to power again in 2019 and if they don't do anything before that, nothing will happen afterwards.

DST can't play with the career of INSPIRE Faculties. Everyone -DST, host are ready to exploit IFs, but not ready to give them permanent position! Wah Ji! This can't go like tht forever. You have to give them permanent position or make UGC-FRP like scheme. #saveinspirefaculty
