Hazard, Neymar, Owen, Agüero, Gerrard, Robben, Neville played a lot of minutes as youngsters & had many injuries later on. Dele & Rashford may have peaked early. Better load management from an early age may extend careers. Currently, Trent & Mount are playing A LOT of football.

Trent’s injury crisis started with poor load management under Klopp/Ljinders also with Bajcetic. Talented youngsters still need careful development, not overuse. It’s why I love how Slot is handling Rio & Nyoni, even if fans complain about limited minutes. Smart long-term play.
