Braun on kicking on the lakefront: 'I think Evanston has always been a problem for kickers, so hopefully we can use that to our advantage having experience with it.'

Braun: 'You start to realize in this role that a lot of your day-to-day has nothing to do with on-field football.

'I have full faith in Zach Lujan, Tim McGarigle and Paul Creighton to have all three phases ready to go.'

Braun: 'Really excited about the development in our offensive line room.'

Says it feels very similar to the D-Line last spring.

Braun: 'Another group to thank is the other head coaches in the department.'

Braun: 'Not all of our home games will be played on campus.'

'There's an opportunity to create a home-field advantage. Small stadium, but a small campus. I'm excited to see our students create an environment, right on top of you.'
