At about 37.30 in game Engels breaks out…Maeda wide in front….left foot pass on all day for Engles to play. Unable to use left, contorts to get on right & knocks it out of play. Taxi to Atalanta!!!!

Celtic’s build….certainly first half. Maeda wide left and Kuhn wide right. Ball fed out a lot (more to Kuhn) but both unable to go down the line to beat a man as going to weaker foot. Not sure why you can’t break teams down?

Kuhn….fed there often….there is no chance he is trying to beat him down the line. They all know that. Even if he tries…then must play final pass with right ???

Kuhn again….no chance he goes right.

Maeda getting this from Taylor. Has time & space to be open & receive on left & attack 1v1…..but he can’t!! Not sure why you don’t break teams down?

Another common issue on right. Playing Kuhn wide then killing his space to attack defender. Which leaves a pass to a less talented player running into corner, facing away from goal with a man on his back. Common occurrence.

Again….on to rip man down the line….but you know where he is going…which slows and gets them behind ball.

A lot of examples posted. Not yet any of Scales etc unable to thread passes. But lots still on.

Even when forced by play to the line….Maeda in his least effective spot. Now required to play a final ball with his left. Success rate prob very low.
