An incredible day of learning and collaboration at our Inicio Trust Conference Day, with dozens of break-out sessions, providing teaching and non-teaching colleagues with the opportunity to network, share best practice and begin collaboration ahead of 2024/25.

Inicio Conference - over 500 colleagues, a fantastic keynote by Lucy Crehan, 30 breakout sessions, the launch of our Aspiring Middle Leaders course & our Subject Network Groups. A huge team effort - thank you to all facilitators, guest speakers & to our amazing site & IT teams!

Almost a week on from our Inicio Conference, it has been great to receive such wonderful feedback from colleagues across our family of schools. Our keynote speaker, Lucy Crehan, was fantastic! Other highlights included our staff awards and launching our subject networks.
